The Ware Firm represents individuals and small business who own patents in patent infringement litigation, patent licensing and other intellectual property matters, typically on a contingent fee basis.

Our practice emphasizes quality over quantity.  We look at many potential cases, but accept only a few.  This approach allows us to dedicate our firm’s full resources to helping our clients achieve maximum results.

Our offices are located in Dallas, Texas, and Marshall, Texas but we represent clients from coast to coast and abroad.  We have extensive experience prosecuting patent infringement actions in the Eastern District of Texas and elsewhere.

Although patent litigation and licensing comprises most of our current work, our attorneys also have extensive experience with complex commercial litigation and consumer protection lawsuits.
